abstract = {Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) wedge resection is a challenging approach in some nodules. Different techniques have been described as alternatives to mark these lesions. However, these approaches could benefit the patients, it is important to take into account the cost, availability and handling when choosing the method. Percutaneous barium suspension is a promise technique that has being used for pulmonary nodules localization prior to VATS. In this article we describe our experience and the technical aspects of this procedure.},
