How to step over the learning curve of laparoscopic spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymphadenectomy
Abstract
As the reported incidence of No. 10 lymph node metastases is about 9.8–20.9% (1), the lymph nodes in the splenic hilar area should be dissected for D2 LN dissection during total gastrectomy for advanced proximal gastric cancer (2).
